Welcome newbie, #1 use the search it's gonna be your best friend. There's different section on the board so check them out. The cheapest way to lower your ride well you can get some springs and lower your car on stock shocks the ride will prolly be horrible but hey u asked for it. Suspension and the word cheap don't go well together

Everyone point and laugh at the noob! :lmfao:

Now that that's done....

Modding your car the right way (suspension, engine, anything) is NOT a cheap thing. My suspension setup that's coming in right now goes like this.

Neuspeed Race Springs (2.25-2.5" drop) - $117 on ebay
KYB AGX shocks - $320-ish on ebay
Ingalls Front Camber Kits - $160 total

That's about $600. Unless you go with shitty no-name springs that have a horrible ride, and don't replace your stock shocks with new ones (your stock shocks WILL blow if you lower your car unless it's only about .75") then you'll spend about the same if not a little more.

Sorry to break it to you, but unless you want your shit to break easily then you'll be spending good money to do stuff right.

get everything done the right way first so that way like what I did.. (wrong) you don't end up jacking up everything in your car. Sure your ganna pay a lot but it's worth not having anything bad done.

Why bother lowering it at all? Retain the stock ride height (afterall, the car was designed to ride at that level, not scraping the concrete) and pick up some CL 16" wheels and call it a day.

Use the search button, use ebay, and use punctuation.

Look a noob! ---> :af:

How about no? Most of us on this board really don't care for that 4x4 look associated with stock ride height. In addition to looking better, lowering also significantly reduces body roll.

On Topic: I'm not sure why everybody is choosing to pick on this noob? Welcome to HAN man. All the advice given above is great as far as suspension goes. Remember to search first before you post anything because most topics have been covered before. How about some pics of your ride?

It's just the customary ribbing I give to every noob I come in contact with. Nothing harsh meant.

And yeah, the 4x4 look just isn't for me. Even with the CL 16", there's still going to be tons of wheel gap.
