Default Probelm with transmission/clutch

I can't seem to figure out whats wrong with my transmission. The car is a 98 accord with a manual converted from an auto. After I drive the car for a long period of time the car would begin slipping. The clutch was just changed so I don't think that's the problem. It was doing the same thing before I changed the clutch, I though it was the clutch so I changed it but that didn't solve the problem. After I drive for a while whenever I shift from any gear the RPM would jump up when I press the gas but the car moves slowly, then the RPM comes back down and the car would speed up with the RPM. Does anyone know what could be causing this.

one more thing, after a bit of driving, maybe like 20 minutes the clutch pedal starts to feel different. The pedal doesn't pop back up as quickly as when the engine was cold. After it warms up the clutch pedal feels a little sticky.

Who did your auto to manual swap and how much did it cost?

I'm having to get my transmission replaced/rebuilt here within about 6 months or so, so if you didn't pay much more than my quoted rebuild fee, I'd probably look into it.

I had mine done for $1400, but I wouldn't recommend the guys who worked on my car. They don't seem to know anything. It took them like 3 days just to lookup a wiring diagram for the reverse light. Can anyone tell me what might be going on with the slipping.
