well since your in miami maybe you should look into your gun laws.
In your state your allowed to carry a concealed weapon as long as you have a permit.

It's for instances like these where you wish it was legal to murder the bastard who took your car. That should be a law: "If someone takes your stuff, you have the right to kill them through whatever means you feel necessary. Including torture, castration, or any other means you see fit." Hahaha! Hopefully your insurance covers all costs for a new car. It's not fair. I would also like to know how the thieves recognized you. If they did, they must have been scoping out your car for a while, or at least saw you leave your vehicle.

They saw me get out of my car at the library where the car was stolen, and were mean muggin me while i was walkin inside, so they knew what i looked like, and right when i pulled my cell up they took off when they got a good glance at me....just got news from the insurance company, its officially totalled, so we'll be gettin the check prettysoon.

They mugged you on your way into the library? Wow, I would have leveled one of them with a few blows to the head right about then. You must really live in a bad part of town, jeez.
Edit: Oh, I think I know what you mean by "mugged" now, meaning they saw you. I was thinking they took your wallet/money or something. Oops.
Also, just out of curiosity, was your car modded or just the standard stock car? I'm just wondering if there was anything special about it that made the thieves take your car instead of the BMW next to it. (note, I said BMW next to it referring to the fact that it always seems like there are "better" cars than your own (not you personally, but people who own cars) in the parking lot, I don't actually mean there was a bimmer there...also not saying that bimmers are better than Hondas, just making a point).

ouch, now I know exactly why those assh*les targeted your car. Hopefully your insurance company covers all those mods. If not, then I would complain to them because you pay a lot of money each month for insurance and if you totaled up all that money you give them each month, it would probably be more than what you're getting in the insurance check. (I understand that insurance covers more than just accidents and thefts, but seriously, what a ripoff -- not getting the money you deserve).
