Default accord overheating help needed

i have an '86 honda accord and need some help to figure out whats wrong with it. i noticed about a month ago the car was overheating so i put in some antifreeze and water and then the temp gauge was fine. last nite it started heating up again so i put more antifreeze and water in today. after driving about 1/2 hour the car started to heat up again to the point where when i was at a complete stop steam was coming out from under the hood. last year i replaced the alternator which took care of my runnaway engine, i've had the master cylinder, clutch, brake lines, water pump replaced and the radiator flushed out. the radiator was flushed out a really long time ago (4 years) so i think this may have something to do with it. if any of you are car pros i'd appreciate any help. the cars a POS and im about to just get rid of it if repairs are too much. thanks

Could be almost anything. Could be the radiator, a heater hose, radiator hose, stuck thermostat, or blown head gasket. See if you can see anything leaking while the engine is running...

There's a fan switch that needs to be replaced every once in a while.
Make sure you bleed the air out of the system after changing.
If you do a seach,.. you should find a ton of threads on this topic.
