Ground controls are great sleeve coilovers, find out what model number they are, look it up, and match them to a shock that the model number suggests, I'm running GC's with KYB AGX's and i can't complain at all...

well riddle you this what good are springs coilovers some have higher spring rates with springs you jsut get what is for your car with coilovers you can get for example accord you get prelude fronts and accord rears like i did for a H22 swap so it will not sag in the front with the spring rate of the accord springs. springs you will sag ass in the front i hav H&R's and changed to coilovers and no more sagging in the front

-being able to adjust the height front and back to EXACTLY how you like it
-upgrading to personalized spring rates to fine tune your handling desires
-being able to fine tune ride height on all four corners on a corner weighing maching to dial in the correct balance of your car
-not having to worry about aftermarket springs sagging causing uneven drops
-having proper matched springs with shocks without risking 'will tokico blues work with neuspeed race?'
-having adequate dampening travel according to desired ride height
-not having to worry about cutting the bumpstop to a certain length according the aftermarket springs you use
-cost of a true coilover is virtually the same as a comparable spring/shock combo with all the benefits above. :hahano:

there is a perfect example of why coilovers are better then springs but some people still like springs that way they are to lazy to get out and adjust there ride height to where they want it

I prefer coilovers. but even if you are not lazy to adjust ride height, getting an allignment everytime or switching tires gets kinda pricey.
