also 16's with a fairly low profile tire will give u much better acceleration since the overall diamater is soo small. Its like having a close ratio gear box. And unless heat is an issue, which it shouldn't be in auto-x, its only the width of the tire that really matters for handling. So get a wide 16" wheel and u should be good to go. 225 would be great and still within STS regulations.

the 4 door family sedan did it again...i competed in my second autocross this morning and won my second 1st place trophy in the STS class....i'll have pics posted from the first autoX and the second one later tonight :-D...im 2 for 2 maiiiiinnnnnnn
