hi, guys...what is the importance of lowering the car, will it make faster or stable in the road..., I have a 5th gen accord lx?, also does lower pulleys add hp to the car? Thanks again

Lowering the car reduces body roll in the turns and keeps brake dive down a bit.

Under drive pulleys simply reduce drag on the engine, this can free up some power on the engine, but it they can't make more power. Engine power that use to go to the accessories is now going to the wheels, in theory.
