Default Sound coming from passenger side

First of all the noise sounds kind like rubber on rubber rubbing. This noise doesn't start until after I have driven the car for a while. Like today it didn't do it on the way down to school, but on the way home it was definately doing it. You can hear the sound at cruising speed (its pretty faint) but then when you slow down it gets real loud (brakes or no brakes it does it both). At first I thought it was the axles cuz I knew they were shot. I just replaced those this weekend and the noise is still there sounds exactly the same.
I am thinking it is a bearing because the noises corresponds with the wheels so when I am creepin the noise is going really slow. Any one have any ideas

What year your accord is? My 98 does the same thing. Hope someone here knows the cause.

is it the muffler? beause mine is getting f and when at highspeed is ok no big deal but once i slow down u can hear it. best way to find out is have someone drive next to u so he/she/it can identify where is the sound exactly coming from and how does it sound, it can be anything even a blown shock
