More Brake Questions...
Everyone here is aware of the warped front rotors deal. I put new rotos and pads on the front of my car in november I believe, Autozone rotors and Honda pads. The pads have yet to show ANY signs of wear... but the rotors are warped to all hell. I seriously cant hold the steering wheel when I brake comming from highway speeds.
The first thing that comes to mind, is better rotors... weather it be just a better brand, or even some drilled rotors. What has been your experiences with rotors? What seems to work for you? I do tend to brake kind of hard, so I definatly need something that will hold up. I would definatly like to do cross-drilled rotors, but not sure what ones to go with.
I also want to do a larger brake upgrade. Not a readily available kit, but something put together that will fit the car and work properly. So Accord V6/wagon/97 3.0 CL brakes come to mind. Which is what i'll probably go with, just for some increaced surface area. My CL never had a problem with warped rotors, and its a heavier car... it seems like only accords I have this problem with. My 90 EX did the same thing, ate through rotors... as well as my moms old 91 SE.
All your advice is greatly appretiated... I want to know actual experiences... I dont want to buy something just because "its a good brand".
One more thing..... is there such thing as rotors that dont rust? Or at least as much? I'll be putting my 17s back on this summer and would like the brakes to look a little better.

probably on a rotor-over-hub car... but I know if the lugs are not torqued right, the car will shake as if the tires are not balanced properly.
The rotors I have are still under warranty I believe, so I'll just get 'em replaced for now... then when I can afford the upgrades, I'll do it. Plus I dont wanna waste $50 pads that are not worn at all.
