H&R Race/Koni sp3 problem!
I'm confused, not sure if it is my fault or the parts are deffective. I have a 6 gen, 4cyl coupe. A month ago I dropped it with H&R Race and stock struts. Ride was pretty bouncy. So earlier today I installed neuspeed edition Koni's.
The ride was the same if not worce than just having stock strut. I tried the softest and the stiffest settings the ride is still hella bouncy. The fronts I have on the lowest perch, and the rears on the middle perch. What can it be? And I still haven't gotten an allignment yet. Desperate for help!!!

people want to take away 2.25" of suspension travel and still maintain that "stock-like" feel. *shakes head* the race springs will be stiff regardless of what shocks you put on.
the question comes down to whether you like just 1-2 bounces (when you go over bumps), or would you prefer to bounce endlessly "bopping for apples".
if the ride's getting too rough, then it's time to raise the car back up and give your car some more room for suspension travel.

If it's still too hard for you...Get some sport springs or try some coilovers or something. You can't expect great ride quality when you are slammed like that.
