Default 5% or 20% in back??

i wrote a decent sized post and it didnt go through and everything erased so im pissed and ill make this quick. is having 5% in back really that hazardous and you cant see anything at night? do the guys who have it wish it was lighter? the tinter acted like i was crazy or something for wanting 5% in back and small side windows. (coupe) i want 20% on main sides. i want it pretty dark in the back.

5% or 20% n the back u will not be able to see at night on a road with no lights, i would get 5% n the back and 15/20% n front that would do it, i dont know exactly what i have but i can tell u i cant see a thing at night when n rev so i just open the windows lol. btw there is a post here u just got to use the search button, that has a link where u pick the % and it shows u hte pic of a car with that % so u get an idea and also has the % allow by law n state.

I would go 20 percent all around and put 35% on the windshield.
I'll post pics tonight of what it looks like from the inside.

Also keep in mind if your interior is dark colored then it will seem a bit darke

you live in ca ... you can tint the back windows dark as you want. I have 6% on back 3 of my accord and then nothing on the windshield or fronts .... it looks real nice and it really isnt that hard to see out of at night ... what do you need to look out the back for anyway ... for backing up get some hyperwhites in your reverse bulbs so it will be birhgt and youre set. Id think this entire forum drove dx's the way people bitch about having to roll down the window.

It not that uncommon to want 5% tint in the back windows and 20% in the front two. Maybe your tinter wanted a "little bit" more from you??
