Default New clutch time...

yeah its now 120,000 miles on the old accord i think now would be a good time to replace it. I was wondering if anyone did a DIY install on a 5th gen and how hard it was.

Also looking for a new cluch looking at either exedy or ACT, anyone have experience with the two?

Also aftermarket flywheels i know ACT anyone have this on there car?

Thanks
brad...

get ACT HD SS. i have recently heard some bad things about the exedy pressure plate springs breaking apart, although that's with a good amount of abuse. but why risk it, the ACT is a better unit.

I love the grip I get in my ACT street disc. I'd definately recommend it, way more grip than stock.

I have the Exedy Organic Racing clutch and I love it too death. Run it hard and it still lasts. He AccorSleeper, where did you hear info about the pressure plate breaking apart? Is this on the Organic racing clutch also?? Well I will still recommend the Exedy hands down and also the ACT unit.
