Default Streaks on windshield

Wassup folks,

Okay have a problem and hoping someone can help me out. Ever since I changed my wipers to these cheapo Anco wipers I have these streaks on my windshield. I've tried EVERYTHING to get them off but nothing seems to work. Here's what I've done so far:
- Window cleaner
- Simple Green
- Vinegar and Water
- Car Wax (this one worked for a while but it came back once the wax wore off)

I have replaced the cheapo wipers to some new Trico ones (I believe these are the ones that come OEM on the Accord) but that doesn't seem to help. The streaks are only visible when the windshield is wet or has dew on it like the pictures below. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

BTW sorry about the quality of the pics. I saw the streaks this morning and all I had was my phone camera.

Well, it was about 68 degrees last night but the humidity is usually higher here than on the mainland (usually around 70%) so those two factors probably made the dew on the car. Sometimes it gets to a very chilly 57 degrees though. :lmfao:

This is what works for me usually. First replace those wiper blades and get some Bosch Micro Edge Excel. One of the best blades you can buy. First get some luke warm water and baking soda and mix it together. Then wash the windshield with that mixture. After rinsing and drying, take some rubbing alcohol and rub down the entire windshield, inside and out. Use as much rubbing alcohol as needed and use like a gauze pad or something like that. And then put on the new blades after you're down cleaning. Enjoy the view

yeah, I can feel them a little when I'm trying to rub them off with a sponge. It's wierd though, when I'm washing the windshield with a sponge the streaks look like they have an oily look (that rainbow shine) to it but when I try to rub it off with my finger it doesn't even smear like oil would. Pretty fugged up huh?
