Default Power Steering fluid cooling...

Ok. as you all know there is a difference in the radiator for an automatic and 5 speed. The difference is that for the Automatic, it has lines that run through the bottom of the radiator for teh trany fluid to keep cool.

ALSO there is a "radiator" thing in the front of the car for the powersteering fluid to run through to keep cool.

Now, I am doing a auto to 5 speed swap. I was thinking that instead of just pluging off the lins that go in the radiato. that I could run a few extra lines and have the PS fluid run throught the bottom of the radiator, then to the little cooler in front, then to the pump. giving it a little extra cooling of the fluid.

Any thoughts on this?

is the ps cooler seperate? If it is and its smaller than the tranny cooler u can just take it out and run the ps through the tranny.

The lines are all the same size. but the more I thogh about this. the coolant in the radiator tank is really hot and to run the PS fluid through that would actualy heat it up. so I'll just plug tranny lines off.
