Default I have a question.

With my 89 Honda Accord LX i was wondering some things one. With new K&M Filter, Cold Air Intake, Mufflers, new sparks, wires, cap, rotaer and ignition. How much HP will i get about a guess is fine. What brand of Mufflers are better? Flowmaster, Magnaflow or other brands. no one would put a turbo on a 98 HP 2.0 L engine right? when my engine dies i am gonna get a B16 so i would wait until then to get the turbo right? Last questions how much HP would i get out of a turbo with a 98 HP engine or with a B16 160HP one? and what ignition is the best for racing? Thanks, Brian

although it would be unique to turbo that engine, imho, it would be a waste. get the b16, then save up to turbo that beast. ultimate sleeper in the old school body

keep in mind that motor is not fuel injected. A CAI would have to be a custom job.

He's talking about the stock engine (a20a1)...and CAI's have been made for them, custom of course, using an early 90's civic carb....and there is a turbo out for 3rd gen accords now too a guy on 3geez.com named shawn makes them.

why would you get a b16 motor if your going to do a motor swap and your going down in liters 2.0 to a 1.6 atleast get a ls-vtec b18 from a intergera the hp and torque is so much more than a little civic motor!

I'd suggest a swap...don't waste time with the old thing.
