You need to get either:
1. An AMP that can use high level inputs.
2. a converter to change high level inputs (speaker wire connection) to low level inputs (RCA)
JL Audio amps will let you just wire RCA inputs to the end of speaker wire connection and use them in the AMP.
Places to look for high level to low level converters:
www.partsexpress.com
www.crutchfield.com
www.jlaudio.com shows their RCA converter to use high level inputs on the slash series amps. I think the e-series can be direct wired to high level inputs.

1. get an RCA converter from Circuit City, Best Buy, where ever and tap that into your headunit.
2. run the RCA to the amp
3. tap the power antenna signal and run it as your "remote" wire to the amp.
4. connect the proper 12V power source and you'll be good to go.

If you know you want to use the factory head unit, find the speakers you want to run next, then find and amp that will work best with your new speakers and headunit.
