Ok guys, figured it out, it also cured a tranny problem I was having. I replaced the ECU and the AT ECU. Problem completely disseappeared.

Also, I was having some rather hard shifting/strange shifting it is now super smooth..The revision on the ECU's I got showed them to be newer models, the old were ECU rev.= AA5 , and AT ecu= A01 The new were ECU rev.=BA5, and AT ecu=A02 . So either the old ones were defective or honda changed some settings in the newer revision.

All I gotta say is...it's fixed!
