why goo gone doesn't work??

Default why goo gone doesn't work??

today i bought some goo gone and tried to clean up the adhesive from the double sided tape on the dash board but it didn't come off the surface what to do?? what to do???

let it soak... usually that works... if all else fails, use a hair dryer to heat it up a little...

I've found that the edge of an old CD works wonders for removing double sided tape and other gooey crap.

the color of my dash board faded a little when i used goo gone, so i don't know if i should continue to use it

and that, my friend is why you should not put double sided tape on your dashboard.

A lot of cleaners and removers will do that. I think it says something about fading on the back of the goo gone bottle.
