you have a rear sway bar ?
might be the bushings of that...

mine was like that because it need some lube.

i listened to my rear struts carefully while i was driving today. seemed like the noise was gone, but i could hear it every morning. so weird. do you think it's just cold outside?

 

it could be the weather... like how your e-brake can freeze if you leave it up in the winter, or your windshield whipers get stuck to your windshield, hehe

yea, my springs clanked for a while when i got them (neuspeed sports) but it went away in a month, shrug, maybe its just a faze
