Default 6th gen tweeter replacement

I'm in the process of replacing my front speaker and tweeter. I was looking at the Infinity Kappy 60.5cs system. What I was wondering is, how hard is it to get to the stock tweeter location and switch them out, and also to run new wires to that spot? Any insight would be very much appreciated. Found these on ebay for $150, not a bad deal since they are in crutchfield for 300. Oh and my deck is 19 Watts RMS/50X4. Will this be enough power, there is no way im goign to install an amp so if it isnt enough power let me know. I'm looking for a nice clear sound. Thanks Guys

An aftermarket deck is adequate for most speakers. It only when you get into high end equipment that you need an amp. Those speakers will work fine with your head unit. Heres an install guide to help. http://www.morningz.com/mz/integra/audio.asp
