not necessarily.
drop gives you neg cambet,
then camber kits put it back to normal (depends on how much you adjust it though)

yeah its noticable from that angle.
again, check with axis or other wheel shop.

I suggest borrowing your friends wheel with the same size and offset, and the same tire size if you can.
it should help determining if its your suspension setup or your wheel is doing this.

You know, I have 18X7.5 wheels with +45 offest and the same spec tires. I went to glance if I had the same problem. I do stick out BARELY a little bit, but it's not noticeable unless you stare at it, but mine doesn't stick out as much as yours.. prolly like 1/3 of what yours is.
