Thats weird that u can't go faster. When I maxed my 01 4dr lx it was completely stock. I went 130mph in 4th all the way to redline. There were no rpms left to go into and 5th gear completely crapped out. So from my experiance 4th gear will go the fastest and my car didn't show a sign of governor.

I've done 138 in my Accord chasing a Porsche Targa. He won, but 15 minutes later he got his ass pulled over by the cops while doing 100-110 just after my valentine one started going nuts

I got my 99 4cyl auto to go 135 when i had just an intake.
Had to slow down kuz a bend in the road felt like i was about 2 go 2wheeling.
as for tickets i got caught for going 56 in a 15(school zone) but got a ticket for 44 in a 15 but then i got let out kuz i knew people. Sweet
