I have 18s on my 03' Accord V6 and the biggest I would ever go on the Coupe would be 19s... why 20s? To big and your going to kill your performance and gas mileage! Wouldn't look right either... I could see 20s on the Accord Sedan but the Coupe is sporty looking while the Sedan is more luxurious and adding bling-bling dubs... duece-duece... etc. would be more appropriate on the Sedans.
If it does come down to chrome on the Accord Coupe look into these wheels from Advan! 19s and just too nice! The only chrome wheels I would ever get! They are also available in 20s!
19in Advan Connoiseur in bright-chrome... probably hella expensive and a b*tch to get imported from Japan. Trust me... I ordered two sets of Advans before and it was a real PITA to get in! Oh yeah, they come in silver metallic as well!

it was a drivable concept, there was video of it on the track. the twankies looked fine spinning at 100+ mph....the 7th gen's are bigger than the 6th's 20's aren't very common on any accords, and i personally wouldn't do it, but it can be done safely on a 7th gen
