How many miles do you have on your car? Typically timing belts on any car last for 60k miles and for Accords usually 90k. Even though my Accord is a lot older, I do know that my timing belt is closer to the driver's side of the car, but it is not very exposed and is hard to get to, if that helps any.
Good luck and hopefully you can get whatever belt it is replaced before it goes completely...Especially if its the timing belt...
