Default Is this a good buy?

It is a 95 accord lx 5spd. here is what the car has:
-seized jdm h22a motor (ran fine with no problems until motor seized)
-driver side mount has been shaved to save the hassle during the swap
-usdm h22 injectors that were sent to rc for cleaning
-usdm p13 ecu with all wires properly switched(i.e. pin a6 and pin a11)
-new ngk spark plugs
-new bosch platinum spark plug wires
-brand new red cap optima battery

body:
-black widow side skirts, and black widow molded rear bumper. (minor crack on back right side, left side repaired and primered)
-2 piece r33 front bumper (primered black)
-carbon fiber momo shift knob
-dual gauge pod with carbon fiber autometer a/f ratio gauge
-tanabe hyper medallion exhaust
-16" dronell d-power rims in great shape (no curb checks whatsoever) front tires have 95% rear tires have about 85% tread
-adjustable coilovers
-racing pedals
-jaguar s style taillights
-hornet alarm system (very sensitive)
-has 137,899 miles on the body
the car is all wired and ready for another h22 motor. he said that all the hard stuff was done. is this a good buy? i think i can get it for about $2500 or so. please let me know what you guys think. thanks fellas. i would really appreciate any input from you guys as i have to make a decision pretty quickly. thanks again.

well for 2,500 i guess it's not too bad, but prepared to drop at least 3K or so to fix it.

think about this if it was worth it for him to fix that he could sell it for more money than why wouldn't he fix it. ie: if would cost 1,500 fix it he could sell it for 5,000 easily. imo, the car is worse off than what he probably says it is. besides all that body kit crap is junk you don't want or need.

i have a nice H22 accord that i have been considering selling and only cause i want a WRX

there may be some other problems but he has been and seemed really honest so far. he is already in debt from the car. that is why he can't afford to fix it and sell it. i am not a huge fan of the body kit etc.. but for $2500 i thought it seemed to be a pretty decent deal. thats why i am just trying to get some feedback from the "experts". thanks for the input accordsleeper, i really appreciate it. anyone else?

it seems like a decent deal but work on the price a little bit cuz it soulds like you arent gonna be driving the car away from the deal. i dunno just look at everything pretty carefully just to be careful. make sure he isnt hiding anything where you wouldnt expect...aka other broken stuff that you woudnt notice because it has a seized motor.

another thing i just though of because of this post..buying this car would be more well suited to those who can do the work themselves and diagnose problems. you don't seem as if you would be able to do this, hell not to knock you, but i couldn't either. i think you'd be better off buying a car with a swap that runs.

...new motor, paint and body work....expect to dump at least 4 to 6 grand into this one to make it run well and look nice---so for between 6500 and 8 grand, maybe there's something else you would like better that you could drive away with??? thats how i would look at it anyway. good luck
