03 i4 intakes

Default 03 i4 intakes

Im planning on gettin an INJEn CAI but also considering about the AEm.. Just wondering if anyone out there has one of these intakes and how does it improve the performance and which one do u guys think is better...any websites with dyno testing would be great too...thanks

I know Injen was dynoed at 14.8whp with the V6, the K24 seems to be as if not more receptive to mods so expect about the same amount if you get it. Not sure about AEM, but Injen includes a dyno sheet with their intake. I think you can find the dyno at injen.com

get the AEM V2, highest gain was 18.4whp on the V6....AEM's original CAI outperforms every CAI out there and the only one better than AEM's original is the V2.....get it and be happy

yeah, just not for my car yet....6th gen I4...should be out mid feb tho...better be, AEM already knows me by name cuz im always calling to harass those slow workin sons of bitches

he's got an i4...can't expect the same gains as the v6

Umm no, before you post, get some background info. The i4's have the K24 engine, one of the most, if not the most upgradeable engines that Honda has. Intakes on the RSX-S(also K-series) can put down 15-20whp. With an intake he'll be getting as much if not more than the V6 will gain.

the k20a out of the rsx-s has a much better flowing head than the k24. whats true for one engine is not true for another engine.
