Default crunchy sound

I've got a 95 accord and when i hit a bump or pothole i got a crunchy sound in the front... is it shocks? springs? what could it be? its not rubbing.

-it is just the bushings in the front. Mine do it to but when I put my new bushings in with my springs and shocks it should go away.

-it is just normal wear and tear that eventually make them sound like that.

Bushings it is....if I remember correctly. Try spraying some WD-40, and it should take care of that noise.

It happens in my 93 when it gets below 40 and I go over speed bumps. It goes away after a while. Don't worry about it. You'll be fine. Ignore the man behind the curtain. The great Oz knows all!
