galo carrera, went by the handle "fourthgensleepuh"...ridiculous business deal...sent 200 labor day (sep 1) for tokico blues and neuspeed greens...he cashed the check...gave me bs "i can't get them off the car right now, i'm busy, i'm out of town..." stories...as of now...i've only received the front...and he cannot give me a date when he will send the rears...he says he needs the wrecker to take them off because everything is frozen...such bs...if he couldn't get them off, he never should have agreed to the deal...if he can't deliver, he should never have taken the payment...i'm completely at a loss here...i do'nt know what to do.....
