Default Cold Air Intake Install 6th Gen

I recently got one of those 2 piece cold air intake systems off of Ebay and of course it didn't come with instructions. I have a 99 Accord 4 cycl. Can someone please provide me with detail instructions and pictures of their install of a like system? I have searched on several forums but come up empty when it comes to the install instructions for the 2 piece design. Thanks in advance.

You basically take off everything that's in the way of the new intake...air intake tube, filter box, resonator, etc.

Is there a particular area you are having a problem with?

you'll have to take off your front bumper if you don't take off the fender lining

I remembered seeing one on this board somewhere a long time ago...not sure, I'm gonna go search for it.

how do u take out the resonator box thats below the filter box. I have a short ram but due to the lack of a seamingly easy way to take it out, I just left it in there. I would like to get rid of it since its pretty heavy.

I think it's easiest just to take off the bumper, and use a long extension to remove the two bolts near the bottom of the resonator.

took me 2 hours for my Injen CAI.

Basically had to remove the whole front bumper, take off a lot of parts, and put it back all together again. The fender lining screws were a PAIN to take off because if you're not careful, you'll strip the screws, thus they won't lock into place when you're putting everything back together again.
