steering wheel wont return after turning!

I just bought a 94 ex accord sedan recently. Everytime I go to make a turn, my steering wheel doesnt return back to me. Maybe tie rods? I don't know. Can anyone give me suggestions on what to look for? Thanks.

does the steering system make any clunking noises?

it may need a new steering rack

Sounds like you have a seized power steering gear box. This happened on my truck. Better take you car to a trusted front end alignment shop.
