Default adjusting door problem

I have a driver's side door that is down about 1/4 - 1/2 inch in the back. I know the hinges are fine. but how the hell do i adjust? I'm told you are supposed to adjust the hinge to frame to raise the door.. only adjust the door to hinge if you are adjusting the pitch/depth in case the door doesn't go in far enough.

Apparently the only way to get to the hinges on the frame are to take the fender off. Has anyone adjusted a misaligned door? Did you adjust the hinge on the door or the frame?

Help!

the frame side.. you'll have to remove your fender.. from there open the door about a foot, use a jack with towels on the mounting point to hold the door up. loosen the bolts holding the hinge and use the jack to raise up the door to align it.

from there, remove one bolt and use a thread locker on the bolt, tighten and repeat for the rest of the other bolts.

does anyone have an image of all the bolts on the fender? i took off three from the top.. one inside the engine compartment and two inside the door frame and couldn't get the fender off. I'm having a hell of a time. I have the whole plastic wheel well out but can't figure out why the fender won't release.
