If you are only talking about the wheel itself, and not the airbag then:
(MrChad can clarify cause we were talking about this when we swapped my wheel)
But I think 5th Accords, 99 and older CL's and preludes (can't remember if 4th or 5th gen) all share the same design.
TL-S, CL-S only work on 6th gens.
If you are swapping the airbag too, then your options are more open, I'd get an S2K wheel.

isnt a prelude wheel the same as a civic wheel?? uke:
94-95 and 96-97 accords use a different SRS system... what may be compatible with a 96 or 97, wont work for a 94 or 95.
On a 97 accord, you can use the majority of newer honda/acura wheel/air bag combos... I have seen a sucsessful S2000 wheel/bag swap.
Remember, eliminating or making the air bag useless on ANY car equipped from the factory with an air bag is Illegal in any state. And actually, any MODIFICATIONS to the SRS system are also illegal, but my lips are sealed if you sucsessfully complete a working swap.

I don't like air bags. When I got in a crash at 60+mph into a parked truck the airbags didn't even hit me and my friend got a scratched up face. If ur wearing a seat belt than an airbag won't help u unless the steering column moves at u. I hope i'm right on this LOL . Also in all the accidents that I personaly know of airbagshave caused more damage than good. Scratched up faces, ****ed up eyes because of the powder, and $$$$$$$$$$$$$.
Are u sure that the owner can't opt to lose his/her bag?

but w/o the bag to stop ur face...u'd end up w/ mad whiplash...cuz the seat belts would tighten and hold u back...but ur momentum would carry ur head forward...then ur neck would keep ur head from flying off and it would snap ur head back
