sorry guysssssss, i was having so much fun out on the street a WOT, sounds so prettyyyyyy, also i picked up some HIDs, so im in love with those tooooooooo, well get some pix of the new drop, the intake and the HIDs soon:naughty:

it's true that resetting the ECU isn't a must, but it's a good idea since the addition of the intake totally changes the fuel map. without resetting the ECU it'll take about a month for the fuel map to optimise it's self again.

ECU reset... Unhook battery and let car sit for 5 min. Reattach and have fun flooring it around the block a couple time. going WOT is like black magic said... it allows the ecu to find the optimal fuel map for you car which it searches for for the first 10-20 miles after the ECU get powered back on. Not neccesary but its more of something that is nice to know about.

Another question...I'm usin the filter that came with it....if I get a k &n what diff will I see?

People just trust K&N better because of better filtration and air flow. Everybody have their preferance. IMO just stay away from the Weapon R dragon filters, they are worthless. Monster flows aren't that bad as well as K&N. Anyone else with opinions, correct me if i'm wrong.
