To answer your question, every EX model has a sunroof. It is not an option, in order to get a sunroof you need to buy an EX. Leather is available as an option in EX models only. Having a 5 speed and leather are not mutually exclusive. It is possible to have the 5 speed w/ leather. And it will be one sweet combination! Good luck finding one.

They do exist - I own one. I just bought it a month ago - 98 EX MT/VTEC with tan leather. I don't have the full power drivers seat, just the one with power height adjustment. But yes, the EX's all have a power moonroof. If you can find a MT get it - it's so much better than the AT. I found mine at a BMW dealership - only 52K miles on it. It had one previous owner - a woman from Kansas - she babied the thing so well that the paint is pretty much brand new and the leather is soft and smells brand new. The 15" alloys are nice too - I'm going to keep them for a while. You probably won't find one with wood trim if you want it - I'm going to get the OEM parts - they are available at the Honda dealership by me and get them installed.
Ive never seen the silver trim before in the coupes. If I get one of those dash kits does it replace the wood or is it just a sticker that goes over it? If it is OEM then the silver trim must have a honda part # ...
Actually the center radio/AC console wood from Honda OEM is just a stick on - I have the install book. However the trim for the doors and the center console is not stick-on - it's a complicated install. So you could get the OEM radio/AC console one and do that yourself - the other is like 3 times as much money for the parts, and the install is much more complicated. Most of the wood trim kits are fake until you get into some pricier cars, and the aftermarket stuff is usually fake also. But I still think it looks better than the standard plastic black bezels.
before 02 the Si was just trim level not its own car. (in the US)
98-02 Coupes never came with silver/titanium trim, was never a honda option either.
