"Clunking" really doesn't narrow anything down, but maybe they didn't tighten everything properly to spec when installing everything.

If u lowered ur car than try driving the hell out of it around turns and see if that helps. It hleped with my car. At first it was clunking at the front. I got so pissed that I just tore it up around corners hoping secretely that whatever is making that noise would brake so I could see what it was. Soon enough the noise stopped. A few weeks later I pulled the e-brake and slid around a 90deg turn and the noise came back, That day i had to drive 3hrs on the highway and when I got off it stopped. Nothing since than and it has been a while. I heard its something to do with the srings settling in. Also mine cluncked on turns as well as bumps.

well i know that it isnt due to anything not being tighten down to spec thats for sure, cause I was personaly there watching and helping as it was being down. But I am curious as if it can be the upper ball joint which has to have the whole control arm rplaced right. Also the tie rod might have to be replaced I will def look into those two things. Thanks for the input guys you are always so helpful.

One last thing is there much left to the front end suspension besides the shocks and the springs I should know about. Cause I want to change everything. So far I have changed the lower ball joints and both axles.

Could just be the coils of the springs banging into each other. Mine don't do that, but I've heard others who say theirs do.
