cel does not work...failed emissions help

My CEL light does not come on when you first turn the key to the on position. I failed emissions for this. Does the CEL have a replacable bulb behind it?

Edit: BTW my car is a 96 honda accord DX

It sure does. Take out your gauge cluster, that's gotta be the problem.

Yes, it is replacable, I'm not sure of the size off hand. Take out the cluster and you should be able to see what it is, worse case, you can always wire an LED or some other bulb that'll fit. But I'm positive it's replacable
