200k...Worth it?
You shouldn't have a problem running a turbo on your motor. A leakdown and compression test would be advised before getting serious however.
Also, if you want to be running 11's, the transmission will be experiencing more pain than the engine as you increase the boost on the F-Series motors. The H-Series trannies aren't that strong either.
So be advised that tranny upgrades are also a neccessity if you want to go that extreme.

swap motors first - an h22a would be a good option
. Body pieces should help delay the inevitable body problems....just don't be suprised when stupid little stuff breaks (door handles, etc). Then you'll be on the way to a very nice car anyway

Second highest mileage car recorded in the United States is a 94 Accord EX with 1,800,000 miles. Only repairs were a gasket, annual timing belt/water pump replacements, 5 radiators, first alternator replaced at 400,000 miles, ball joints at 600,000 miles and the usual brakes, tires, hoses, batteries, etc. The car still runs fine, and is currently on display in a showroom at Hendricks Honda.

Well at 200k I'd have more then just engine concerns.
Have you looked into suspension bushings and the like?
*I'd fix that first
How about lines and all the hoses?
Is the rear developing Honda rust in the well?
**If yes don't spend another penny unless you love the car.
How worn is the interior: Brand new carpet and a good seat shampoo might be worth there weight in gold compared to a body kit.
Once you have invested in the suspension, interior, and body to get them back to like new shape, then I'd start looking at the engine and tranny, but not until the rest of the car is up to par.
