I'd like to remove my dealer's decal from mine. Any tips on those?

You should be able to just peel off the sticker with hand. Then get some goo-gone and get off the residue. Then wash the area with soap/water then clear off the soap with just water...you'll be set.

Around here, idiots shave Japanese car emblems because they want people to look at their vehicle and go "wow....what is THAT?" And thats just ridiculous....I hope you are not doing it for that reason...are we to believe ordinary people will not recognize a Honda Accord or Nissan Altima? Do you REALLY think your car is going to be THAT MUCH more anonymous without Honda badging? Do you think it will make it more special?

DJScotty--I FULLY understand your ire. I feel the same way about stickers and decals all over the place, especially if any of them approach the size of a sheet of paper.

I wanted to get rid of my dealer's decal for a more *CLEAN* look. The only other thing I'd look at removing is the "LX" just because I don't like where it is located. I think part of the reason I don't like it is because the car is white and it seems like the ornamentation stands out more and looks junky.

Just my .02

I can hear ya, boo---taking off a dealer's badging (one thats on the PAINT of the car rather then on the license plate frames where they usually put them) makes sense.

But sometimes this "taking off of the LX/EX/Accord" badging gets a little too ricey....the minute someone wants to make some kind of ornamentation alteration, it usually smells like cooked rice to me....something JUST to get the car noticed WITHOUT having to make expensive investments in stuff....like taking off the "Accord" or "H" symbol is going to SUDDENLY intimidate the Vette or Viper driver in the lane next to you; some of these kids actually THINK this way....that debadging their $16K import will INTIMIDATE sports car drivers into thinking the Honda next to them is gonna spank their ass in a drag race.....and please, no one tell me this isnt the case, because I have gotten out of my car at red lights and have spoken to kids who do this to their cars, and their replies are always the same: I want people to wonder what kind of car it is that Im driving......

To each their own...it looks good on some cars, like on the 03 the back end looks so much cleaner without anything. I keep mine on to show off that pretty looking "V6" logo...hehe

You read too much into things Scotty. I took mine off for the same reason I dropped my car, put on rims, tinted my windows, removed the amber, etc, etc. I just like the way it looks, plain and simple. Having all the badges on one side of the car looks unbalanced to me, and I have no dreams on taking on a Viper in my car.

I painted the chrome too since I didnt like that either. It just looks cleaner to me that way.

Did the same to the TL-S too
