does anyone know the stock spring rates for the front and back on a 2000 accord coupe v6?

if you want coilovers for street use, i would suggest tein basics. you could get some for about 630-650. that would be a good investment, and it seems like it would be cheaper then ground control or skunk2 and koni put together.

skunk2's come with 400-550 spring rates, which makes it a very bouncy and siff ride no matter what kind of shocks u get.

ground controls come with softer rates of 300-400 (around there) or u can custom rates. these softer spring rates makes for a softer ride.

if you like to autox or road race get skunk2's or ground controls with custom rates. if u just want a drop with adjustability get ground controls or ebay crap.

I just installed my GC's and KYB AGX's and absolutely love them. i ditched my neuspeed race springs that were only on my car for 3 months and put the GC on. they ride very very good. as good as the neuspeeds in my opinion. and with my shocks set at about half the level of stiffness it is perfect for everday driving. just my .02
