Default Another Problem With My 94

Hey, another problem i have besides my fuel gauge as listed earlier is my locking system on the 94 Accord EX. Whenever I lock the locks the car keeps trying to lock itself. Even though it is locked already. It just happens sporadically, like it is possessed. Any one else have this problem? If so? Any suggestions? One more thing, this doesn't just happen for a while afterwards, I heard it trying to lock itself days later without even using the car. It's crazy. Thanks.

My 94 did this once and wouldnt let me out of the car.
Every time I unlocked it, it would lock again and again...

I had to wait a few then go out the passenger side to escape the accord!!!!

This is why I dont close my door all the way if the keys are inside.
Or I crack the window enough so it wont lock me out.

Christine anyone?????

And the other day it kept trying to lock itself when I was refinishing my rims.

Well I have tried about every solution, including opening the door and locking it. I have also tried locking it properly with the keys once all of the doors are closed. It still does not solve the problem. Any other suggestions?

Had a similar problem with my Prelude and just got it fixed:

Update On Prelude Exorcism!!! quote:

I posted a few week ago about my car and its wierd behavior, almost like it was demon possessed. The door locks would click, the locks would lock if the door was open and the car was started, sometimes the locks would lock when the window swich was pulled upward to close the window, the interior light would come on and go off whenever it wanted to.

Well, all these things have been fixed now. I finally took it to the Honda dealer and they said it was the power door lock module in the driver's door. They replaced it and it only cost me $50 because I have the extended service plan out to 100K miles.

The car is much more pleasnt now that it no longer acting so weidly. I'm surprised no one on this site knew what was wrong with the car.
