Had a similar problem with my Prelude and just got it fixed:

The door locks would click, the locks would lock if the door was open and the car was started, sometimes the locks would lock when the window swich was pulled upward to close the window, the interior light would come on and go off whenever it wanted to.

Well, all these things have been fixed now. I finally took it to the Honda dealer and they said it was the power door lock module in the driver's door. They replaced it and it only cost me $50 because I have the extended service plan out to 100K miles.

The car is much more pleasnt now that it no longer acting so weidly. I'm surprised no one on this site knew what was wrong with the car.
