Default I'm an Engine's N00b and need your helps

Hi everyone, I really need ya help this time.

BTW, I kinda wanted a swap for my other 94 Accord (my gf's actually). Anyways, things didn't turn out to fit the budget so I was thinking of juice it up. But when it come to n2o + engine work, i'm a complete idiot. I didn't know anything back then when I had my h22 swap running NOS dry kit. I barely use it though.

Anyways, the car is 1994 Accord EX (2.2L SOHC VTEC) F22b Series I believe. I want to run highest shot possible without damage the engine (140K mi). Should I limit down the 75 shot max by the new Zex wet kit or get more with the NOS nozzle Directport one? I know that a dry and a wet kit can only max out at 75 shot. However, it's not that safe or reliable for the car this old to run 75 without proper care. A directport is safer for bigger shots. However, I don't know if that F22B can handle that much of the directport. As for the engine work, I only did basics addons to her car: CAI, and Exhaust. The EX header's is pretty good so I didn't change it out.

What kit would you recommend and what should I do to make sure it's complete safe before juicing it?, like changing the internals (gaskets, spark plugs, Cam, etc). Also, if possible, can you list the estimate cost for each component. Right now, I can only think of Zex's new Wet kit and that NOS Nozzle kit. However, I can get discounts for NX kits as well, just don't know if their kits can stand up to the 2 above.

Also, she won't use it often, only once a while. But I just want to make sure that it'll be the safest when she runs it and get the max HP gain possible.

Thanks y'all a lot.
