This might be a stupid question to some of you, but I was wondering if those blue neon lights (under the driver and passenger side dashes) that you see in some people's car at night.......are they just 9" neon lights that you can buy at like auto zone or somewheres? Also, I don't know for sure but they do not look like they plug into the cigarette lighter, so how do they work? I want to get some and put them under the dashes of my coupe. I attached a picture so yall could see the light I am talking about. Thanks
