i would do a lot of reading on turbos before putting money down. to do 20 psi you will need to get pistons, rods, sleeves, might as well do ehadwork to make it worth while as well, then add the upgraded clutch, as well as fuel system upgrades (pump, injectors, regulator), then some sort of fuel and ignition management.....and that is all before putting the turbo on the car, then you add the cost fo a turbo, a manifold, a down pipe, intercooler, intercooler piping, wastegate, blow off valve, and new exhaust....to do it right it should cost at least $6000 if not a lot more...
