I just wanted to know that if I were to put a turbocharger in my car and wanted to at least get 20PSI out of my engine what would I need to do to it and how much it would cost...

Also wanted to know there is a rumor about turbochargers and that you have to let your car warm up before you are able to drive it without hurting the turbo...is this true because if so I am not going to get one.
