You don't need those little rotor mount screws.

Yes, Honda put them there for a reason. They hold the rotor onto the hub during assembly, so they don't fall off while they install the calipers & the wheels.

The lug nuts hold the rotors in place for real. Those little screws sure aren't strong enough to do the job themselves...
