naw, if youre doing cardio, you'd prolly want to keep a pretty lean diet. protein shakes tend to be high in fat, or calories in general for that matter.
a good whey blend isn't high in calories at all. the EAS myoplex stuff i was taking only had 120 calories and 5g of carbs, with 21g of protein (for 8 or 10oz i think).
