B20B is a DOHC non-VTEC equipped engine with around 140 HP. The GSR is a smaller engine, but equipped with VTEC, runs at 170 HP. GSR is the best candidate, unless you intend to put together a hybrid engine of a B20 bottom end and GSR head.
