make sure when you are putting them on that the suspension is under load
NOPE, I did my front one last week, you just can have only 1 side lifted, if they are both off the ground you're fine.

For the rear, I went to put mine on (stock Si rear) and I couldn't use it do to the placement of my exhaust (shitt custom). But those funky standoffs for the bushings that you should have bolt right up, and unless you have Si rear control arms, you'll need to drill a hole through your control arms to attach the sway bar...'
