Hope that fixes it. I'm also not sure if this is true or not, but I've heard the check valve that goes between the intake manifold and brake booster (to provide vaccum for the booster) can also start to fail/wear. You might even want to try changing that fitting and line (small hall could cause the same effect), could save you having to change the MC. Seeya.
